Put this button in your browser's favorites bar. On any CRMLS Matrix listing, click it and Tour or Pass opens with the address, price, details, description and photos filled in.

Getting the button ready…

Safari

  1. Show the favorites bar: View → Show Favorites Bar.
  2. Drag the green button above onto the favorites bar.
  3. If Safari asks, name it Send to Tour or Pass.

If dragging doesn't work: bookmark this page (Bookmarks → Add Bookmark, choose Favorites), then Bookmarks → Edit Bookmarks, right-click it, choose Edit Address, and paste the code below in place of the address.

Chrome

Use the Tour or Pass Chrome extension (it shows a preview before sending), or drag the button above to your bookmarks bar (View → Always Show Bookmarks Bar).

  1. Go to chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode (top right).
  2. Click Load unpacked and choose the extension folder inside your tour-or-pass folder.
  3. Click the puzzle icon in the toolbar and pin Tour or Pass.
  4. The first time you click it, enter this site's address:

2. Use it

  1. In Matrix, open a single listing (the Listing tab or 360 Property View).
  2. Click Send to Tour or Pass in your favorites bar.
  3. Tour or Pass opens in a new tab. Check the details, pick a client if you want, and save.

It only copies what clients should see. Private remarks, showing, lockbox and owner details are never copied.
